When I was a child I used to walk to school on a road surrounded by huge trees. My school was very small and on the other side of the road there was a church. The houses used to be very cosy and colourful, they went with the environment. I loved being there, but when I liked it most was in the Autumn. There was no road, the leaves covered it all with their yellow and orange tones. It wasn't too cold yet and it was lovely to walk beneath the sun, warming us in the face. This was my childhood. One year ago I returned to that wonderful place and it was totally different: the trees were gone, the houses, the school, the church... The only thing that was there was a little boy, with too big brown eyes, looking at me. There was no one else around. I thought that maybe he was lost. I was getting close to him when the wind started to blow and made me close my eyes for some seconds and turn back. I had to stop walking, try to resist the wind and the cold. When it had slowed down I decided to go on. And as I turned, I realized that he was gone.
